Isis van der Wel (Amsterdam 29 april 1975) also known as DJ Isis (until 2006 100% Isis) is a Dutch DJ & producer. Isis bought her first (house) record when she was 12 years old (1987). After two years of serious clubbing she started mixing. Very shortly after that she played at the legendary club RoXY on a regular basis, which has been the breakthrough of her professional career. From that moment onwards Isis has grown to be a renowned name in the dance-scene, with tours in Europe, North America, South America, Africa, and Asia.

cavalera conspiracy - european tour25.06.11
Photography is about taking risks. A recent risk I took involves the band Cavalera Conspiracy I have always wanted to photograph Iggor & Max Cavalera back together on one stage. After following Iggor & his wife Laima with Mixhell I was able to tour with Cavalera Conspiracy.
Cavalera Conspiracy was created following a decade long silence between Max and Iggor, the two brothers who formed the legendarily trailblazing heavy metal band Sepultura as teenagers together in 1984. Across six studio albums the Brazilian punishers perfected the art of darkness (look no further than thrash classics like Beneath the Remains and Arise) while exploring the underbelly of third world political issues and broadening the genre's horizons with an exploration of indigenous culture, culminating with the landmark Roots album in 1996..

Iggor Cavalera is best known for his part as the drummer in Brazilian super band Sepultura. Today though, Iggor is reinvented with a new project and fresh outlook and although an element of the spice that made Sepultura such an instant hit remains the words on everybodys lips are Mixhell. Iggor and wife Laima have moved the project from its creative home in the studio to the stage where it has become a DJ project with an extraordinary live element.

Slipknot is an American heavy metal band from Des Moines, Iowa. Formed in 1995, the group was founded by percussionist Shawn Crahan and bassist Paul Gray. After several lineup changes in their early days, the band consisted of nine members for the greater part of their tenure: Sid Wilson, Paul Gray, Joey Jordison, Chris Fehn, Jim Root, Craig Jones, Shawn Crahan, Mick Thomson, and Corey Taylor. However, the death of Paul Gray on May 24, 2010, left the band with only eight remaining members.

There have been 4 member changes since their inception. The current lineup of the band comprises Flynn (vocals, guitar), Duce (bass), ex-Vio-Lence guitarist Phil Demmel (guitar), and Dave McClain (drums). Machine Head is one of the pioneering bands in the New Wave of American Heavy Metal.
